A $30 deposit is required at checkout to reserve your appointment. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit payment succeeds, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.

The deposit is applied to your service total, and the remaining balance is due at your appointment.

Use the link in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again.

Please arrive on time. A $25 late fee applies if you arrive after your scheduled start time. A 15-minute grace period determines whether your service can still proceed.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and your full service is not guaranteed.

No-call, no-show appointments forfeit the $30 deposit and are charged an additional 50% of the scheduled service price.

A new $30 deposit will be required before booking another appointment.

After-hours appointments may be available for an additional charge. Please contact me directly before booking to request an after-hours time.
